Fasting apricot cookies and delicious desert.


Preparation.

200 ml. water 400 ml. oil 2 cups (of 200 ml) of sugar 4 tablespoons melted nuts 1 bag of baking powders 900 g of flour jam of your choice chocolate for the flavor to taste about 80 g red color for cakes
yellow color for cakes crystal sugar for rolling
Preparation. 1. In a bowl, combine sugar, oil, water, flour and baking powder, mix well the ingredients with your hand, so that you get a thick dough from which the small balls, can be thrown.  2. Put the dough well into the balls and bake on a plate covered with a baking sheet. Be sure to make a distance between the cookies because it will increase during the baking process. Bake at 175 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the oven strength. Cookies must not get a brown color at the bottom.   3. Bake half of the peach flour to cool down and then carefully purify each. From the dough you have made, make the fillings by mixing it with jam and chopped chocolate and nuts, and if you want, add some rum. 4 . Dissolve both colors in special containers with a little water about 100 ml. And then gently soak up to half a cake, just to catch the color.
5. Fill half of the prepared fillet, then slowly mash the peaches. When you have finished merging, carefully pour each into the water in which you have dissolved the red and yellow color, on both sides. Do not immerse them in water.
Leave the cookies on the kitchen paper to fry a little.While still moist, roll the peaches into crystal sugar.
