Leafy rounds stuffed very delicious pasta.




Ingredients for the delicious pasta,with nacionale kitchen,made it to home, for your celebration and family.

900g white flour
1,5 slices full of salt 
400ml warm milk
120ml warm water 
3 spoons full of sugar (crystals) 
170ml oil 
30g dissolved butter
 2pcs Instant yeast 
 2 eggs 
1 egg yolk 
Fill:
 4-5 tablespoon olive oil 
100g feta cheese
 100g fresh salt cheese (if needed) 
Other: 1 egg yolk 
1 tbsp.oil 
-sesame or susame
Preparation:
Place lukewarm water, dissolved butter, sugar, yeast and lukewarm milk in the bowl, stir gently with your hand, let it stand still for ten minutes. 
Add oil and eggs remove one egg yolk for coating stir. 
Mix the flour with salt, stirring it all together with the yeast, until you get a smooth dough. 
Prepare everything on the work table, mix it until a smooth paste is obtained. 
Cover with a transparent container, and leave it to stand for 40-45min
Almost dough is divided into more balls around 20-25.
Stretch the bark from each ball, sprinkle with oil and put cheesecloths.
Roll finished rolls into the circle and connect the ends and let them stand.
Cover them with oil mixed with yolk.
Sprinkle with sesame
Bake at 180C, about 20-30 minutes.
Serve with you breakfast and celebration very good and nice dough.
